We believe that once you commit to give consistently to God, he will grow your faith and show up in new ways in your life.

What is a Fire Starter?

Fire Starters are those who schedule recurring giving of at least $20 weekly. At Crossover Church we believe the Bible says we to be obedient by giving back a portion of what God has blessed us with; specifically a tithe (10%) of our income. We encourage you to automate your tithing. We recognize for some, due to personal financial circumstances, tithing might be a big step, so you can become a Fire Starter for $20 weekly.

This faithful group of people empowers our church continue to be able to Love Our City and help more people Discover, Develop and Display their lives in Jesus Christ. Fire Starters Keep The Flame Lit @ Crossover!

How do you become a Fire Starter?

Simply go to our give page on our website or on our Crossover App and you will see “How often would you like to donate?” Click on the button that allows you to set it for recurring. You can do this weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on how often you are paid. Many of us automate our bills, why shouldn’t we also automate our giving so we don’t forget to include God. We encourage you to begin tithing (10%) as the scripture teaches us to give God our first and best, but the minimum to become a Fire Starter is to give at least $20 weekly.

When you set your giving for recurring we will mail you a FIRE BOX:

The FIRE BOX has tools to help you keep growing in your generosity journey. It includes several books on leadership, prayer and finances. We want to help you win! It also includes some surprise goodies and an exclusive Fire Starters T-Shirt.

Once a quarter (4 times a year) we have a “Spark Gathering” on zoom where our pastors share some vision and updates you’ll hear before anyone else. They’ll also share a devotional based on one of the books in the box. The last quarter will include an in person Fire Starters Gathering with a dessert bar and fellowship time. When you sign up you will get the dates and details inside of your box kit.
